What payment methods do you accept?

Online orders can be paid using the following methods:

Returns and Refunds

Customers can return items within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@thewoweffectcompany.com to request a return.
  2. In your email, include the following information:
    • Reason for return
    • Order number
    • The items you wish to return

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for organizing the return and covering the return shipping cost.
  • Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned items are received and inspected.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the delivery address and the total amount of your order. Before completing your purchase, use our shipping calculator to check standard shipping prices by country.

How long will it take to deliver my package?

The delivery time is 3 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

  • This is an estimated average and may vary due to logistical factors or force majeure.
  • If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we will notify you and offer options to proceed with the order or set a new delivery date.

Will any items be restocked?

Most items will be restocked according to demand. For more information about a specific product, send an email to info@thewoweffectcompany.com.

What happens if my order has not been delivered?

Although we do our best to process all orders, exceptional circumstances may prevent us from fulfilling an order after sending the order confirmation.

  • In this case, we will proceed with a refund to the amount paid.
  • If the order cannot be delivered due to reasons beyond Eat My Socks (e.g., the customer’s absence after two delivery attempts), it will be returned to our facilities. The order will only be resent if the customer agrees to pay the shipping cost again.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be canceled once payment has been completed. Please refer to our return policy for managing any issues.

Where do you ship?

We ship to most European countries, including Spain, Portugal, Andorra, Netherlands, Monaco, Luxembourg, Belgium, France, Austria, Germany, Italy, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Sweden, Czech Republic, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Hungary, and the United Kingdom.
We also ship to the United States.

How long can I keep items in my shopping bag?

Items will remain in your cart for 48 hours before being automatically removed.

How long can I keep items in my wishlist?

Items in your wishlist will be saved for 30 days.
